Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Lb fully cooked ham steak, cut into ½-inch cubes
- 3 Cloves Garlic, minced
- 3 Cups frozen O'Brien potatoes
- 1/4 tsp Cajun seasoning
Directions
- Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add ham and cook, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned.
- Add garlic and cook, stirring frequently, until lightly browned.
- Add potatoes and Cajun seasoning; cook, stirring frequestly, until the potatoes are browned and tender. Serve at once.
