Honey-Mustard Salmon

Ingredients

  • 4 (6oz – 8oz) skinned salmon fillets
  • Sea salt and fresh ground black pepper
  • 2/3 cup honey
  • 3 Tbsp. spicy brown or creole mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried leaf basil
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil


Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Line a sided baking pan with aluminum foil and grease the foil lightly with olive oil.
  3. Place salmon filets in the pan, skinned side down and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Combine Honey Mustard, garlic, basil and oil.
  5. Cover the top and sides of the fillets with the mustard mixture.
  6. Bake 14 to 15 minutes until cooked through.


Makes 4 servings.
