Ingredients
- 4 (6oz – 8oz) skinned salmon fillets
- Sea salt and fresh ground black pepper
- 2/3 cup honey
- 3 Tbsp. spicy brown or creole mustard
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried leaf basil
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Line a sided baking pan with aluminum foil and grease the foil lightly with olive oil.
- Place salmon filets in the pan, skinned side down and season with salt and pepper.
- Combine Honey Mustard, garlic, basil and oil.
- Cover the top and sides of the fillets with the mustard mixture.
- Bake 14 to 15 minutes until cooked through.
Makes 4 servings.
